As a dedicated Priestess of the Lunar Womb, I relate to the womb as an oracular and sacred part of our inner and outer landscapes. The womb is intrinsically connected to the natural world, the ancestral, the universal and our creative power.

From menstruality & menarche mentoring for girls and teens, to womb-led creative embodiment for all, to ceremony, to yoga nidra, to meditations and ecosomatic practices, I facilitate many offerings and practices that offer womb connection, womb honour and space for communion with the womb.

I guide ecosomatic embodiment practices which hold space for the body as a connected part of the larger ecological landscape as well as the intricate ecology and web within. Focusing on the interconnectedness between body, community, and nature, my trauma-informed guidance works to reconnect.

Where many meditation and somatic practices can often isolate us further into our bodies and selfhood, these practices resist that and support you in connection with the whole.

Both an intuitive and trained artist, I produce visionary art through ritual processes/ gateways. I have a First Class degree in Fine Art Painting from University of the Arts London and years of intuitively exploring art in healing spaces and through personal practice.

My creative sessions serve as portals for transformation, catharsis and expression, guiding participants through embodied ritual painting and craft sessions that merge creativity with meditative and ritual practices and embodiment.

I hold sacred and supportive space for the rites and rhythms of menstrual life, supporting young girls, mothers, and women through the threshold moments of their cyclical journeys.

I facilitate a year long 13 Moons rite of passage and ongoing woodland Moon Groups —gatherings rooted in empowerment, story, craft & creativity, education, wisdom teachings, sisterhood, embodiment, and nature connection. Through these circles for 9-13+ year old girls and mothers, I support girls to walk consciously into their bleeding years, and mothers in holding that transition with connection, tenderness, and ritual.

Menarche is the sacred threshold of the first bleed. It often goes unmarked in the dominant culture and this creates such a deep imprint on us as collective and as womb-bearers. This tender and powerful time needs honouring, support, celebration and community.

I also hold space for private menarche ceremonies, including reclaimationary menarche ceremonies for adults) and 1:1 mentoring on request.

Honouring the gateways of womanhood, the cycles of nature and sacred life moments, I create transformative, supportive, and celebratory ceremonies rooted in both ancient wisdom and the deep presence of the embodied now. Weaving from my many threads of ritual, song, blessings, altar-making, meditation, embodiment and so much more, I hold a sacred and memorable space and ceremony that will leave an imprint.

Each ceremony is designed to deepen participants’ connection to themselves, each other, and the earth or life’s spiral.

As a keeper and writer of healing and devotional songs, I incorporate the medicine of voice into much of my work. My original chants, along with songs from deep feminine traditions and earth reverence, create spaces of healing and connection through sound.

Attaining my meditation teacher training at Sarvaguna Yoga School in the Himalayas, North India, I teach guided meditation practices, pranayama, and yoga nidra both locally and online. My approach is gentle, devotional, embodied and holistic.
